Muscle-Balance

  • Musclebalance is developed to improve the consciousness for your body - a concept especially developed by Ulrike Bauer, intensive and sensitive movements - for everyone, who wants to feel and use the muscles in a new, special way.
  • A principle that is not based on the typical anatomy, but works through special movement of the muscle - a chain reaction of various muscles transversely through the entire body.
  • Themes such as "pelvic displacement", knee pain and problems with the spine are no longer unusual, but now almost" daily life ". Operations could sometimes even be avoided by awareness of the muscles.

Muscle-Balance is offered as a regular course or also as private classes

  • Course (also possible as open classes in form of 10-classes-card)

Each unit consists of 3 parts: muscle balance for the whole body,
a very special stretching (if necessary), mental relaxation training to avoid tension

You get an individual analyse of your body-disbalances.

Content of course and private classes:

* Right use and possibly new awareness of the muscles

* Understanding the interaction of muscles and joints

* Feel and regulate yourself the "moved" joints

* Understand the physiology of the body (not the "pure" anatomy, but as the whole body reacts in its chain reaction of muscles and joints)

* It builds up the unity of the whole body in motion and no isolated movements as often in gymnastics. ...

* Specific exercises that can also be done at home

Move away from known patterns of movement, away from long-standing movement-rituals that will always lead to the same body issues.

The PerformDance muscle-balance "balances" imbalances, helps your muscles again in the right balance so that the muscles can again fulfill their ideal function.

Goals in everyday life, dancing and sport: the conscious, correct (and so soft for your joints) insertion of the muscles, an optimal posture, the onset of the natural movement function and much more ...
