Education Musclebalance

This concept was created through many years of teaching, through the continual exploration of the injury processes of dancers and athletes. Because of injuries were caused beside the usual body blocks and shifts also voice changes and changes in the presence. This also connected to the individual lifestyle, ....... this total network developed the concept of PerformDance - "musclebalance"
- Musclebalance is developed to improve the consciousness for your body - a concept especially developed by Ulrike Bauer.
- A principle that is not based on the typical anatomy, but works through special movement of the muscle - a chain reaction of various muscles transversely through the entire body.
- Themes such as "pelvic displacement", knee pain and problems with the spine are no longer unusual, but now almost" daily life ". Operations could sometimes even be avoided by awareness of the muscles.
Content of the education: - both for self-analysis as well as how to apply for others:
- right using and possibly a new awareness of the muscles
- Understanding the interaction of muscles and joints
- Function of the body axis within the meaning of "muscle imbalance"
- physical approaches in order to use the muscle in its most optimal wide movement and to make the joints free
- Feel on your own displacements of joints and corresponding regulating
- Understanding the physiology of the body (not the "pure" anatomy, but as the chain reaction of muscles and joints of the total body works)
- it creates the unity of the whole body in motion, and no isolated movements as often in gymnastics ...
You create your own special practise - programm
- A move away from already well known patterns of movement, away from movement you "practised" already for years, patterns which bring you always to the same problems of your body
- The PerformDance-musclebalance evens out imbalances, helps the muscle back into the right balance so that the muscles again to fulfill their ideal function.
- Goals in everyday life, dancing and sport: the conscious, correct (and thus a joint-sparing) onset of the muscle, an optimal posture, the onset of natural movement function and much more
- The education will be in 5 seminar-blocks of each 3 days(each thursday - saturday) and ends with a diploma, for which each participant developes both written and also in form of a teaching class an exercise program.
